When your appointment is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else. We kindly ask for your consideration when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.
Temporary Cancellation Policy
Related to COVID-19 Pandemic:
Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending our cancellation policy to include cancellations of less than 24 hours for any reason related to COVID-19, which make it not possible for you to continue with your appointment.
If you are able to provide 24+ hours notice it is greatly appreciated, as this potentially allows for your appointment spot to be filled by someone on the waiting list, in need of an appointment.
Our regular cancellation and missed appointment policy, including for illness-related cancellations, will resume once COVID-19 is declared by health authorities to be in a post-pandemic phase.
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) will be billed for the full cost of their scheduled appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients may contact us directly by phone, text or email.

Gift Cards purchased from Polished Beautyspa are redeemable for services and/or product purchases.
Gift Cards do not expire, are non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
Gift Card may be used multiple times until the value is depleted and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Polished Beautyspa makes every effort to ensure all product offerings are always available.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not stock large quantities of inventory so product back orders, removal from orders or reduction in quantity may occur as a result.

Shipping charges are to be determined at the time of invoicing and will be added to the final invoice.
A minimum shipping & handling fee of $20 (CAD or USD respectively)

In the event that an item is defective, damaged or incorrect you may notify us within five (5) business days of receipt, we will be pleased to offer an exchange or store credit.
For a product to be eligible for exchange, the following conditions must apply:
*Significant skin reactions: please be prepared for our Team to ask questions about the signs & symptoms of the reaction, details about the customer's skin care routine, allergies, recent professional treatments and details about any samples/testers used prior to your skin care purchase
*Order processing errors & products damaged during shipping:
- Issue is reported to Polished Beautyspa within 15 calendar days of the receipt date
- Polished is contacted immediately if products are found to be damaged as a result of shipping
- A detailed description of the damage is provided to our Team
- Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received
Polished Beautyspa is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
For order processing errors made by Polished Beautyspa, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the replacement order or to the related credit.
